Trina Twilley, Operations Coordinator at PolicyLink, strengthens internal operations by optimizing systems, streamlining processes, and enhancing team collaboration. In her role, Trina provides administrative and operational support to the COO and CFO, to ensure smooth operations and organizational alignment that enhance team coordination and drive effectiveness. She brings nearly a decade of experience in project management, HR systems support, and process improvement within nonprofit and education settings. Her background includes managing training and education programs, supporting HRIS implementation, and working across talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance. Outside of work, Trina is committed to her family’s home education journey and embraces a life rooted in faith, love, and adventure. She also serves as a Girl Scout co-leader and values a strong balance of work, learning, and community engagement.
