Jonathan is a Senior Advisor for Infrastructure Equity at PolicyLink focused on securing access to sustainable and values-driven infrastructure solutions for all, leveraging infrastructure investments to create new opportunities for economic prosperity, and building trust with communities. Jonathan most recently served as a Biden-Harris Appointee at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Office of Water. In this position Jonathan helped design and implement EPA's historic $500 million dollar water technical assistance initiative to connect underserved communities across the US to infrastructure funding while building long-term community capacity. Prior to joining EPA, Jonathan served as the Policy Director for the Community Water Center, an environmental justice nonprofit focused on improving water infrastructure for farmworker communities, and held positions in the public health and consulting sectors. In his spare time Jonathan is wrapping up his studies at Georgetown University Law Center.
