Dyvonne Body is a Senior Civic Engagement Strategist for Sustainable Cities, where she oversees engagement for five cities in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast as they advance local solutions to climate change and racial wealth equity. For years, Dyvonne has worked within communities to support economic security, cross-sector partnerships, and participatory models that center community voice.
Prior to joining PolicyLink, Dyvonne was a Community Development Specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where she developed bold solutions that addressed local wealth and health disparities. She supported the creation of a state-led baby bonds policy and defined metrics for successful outcomes. She also managed a grant portfolio, working closely with community institutions in the South to reduce disparate impacts from municipal fines and fees.

Dyvonne holds a master’s degree in public policy and management from Carnegie Mellon University and a bachelor’s degree in international affairs from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
