Biography

Jessica Jean-François, Corporate Standards Manager, works on key components of the Corporate Racial Equity Standards and Alliance, including finalizing the standards, stakeholder engagement efforts, development of guidance and resources for the adoption of the standards and ongoing research and testing. She has over 15 years of experience working with partners to better understand complex social and environmental problems in order to design and implement solutions that lead to measurable impact. Her previous roles include the development and implementation of corporate sustainability standards for the B Corp certification, and the design, implementation, and impact measurement of international social protection and labor programs in partnerships with multilateral organizations, NGOs, and government bodies. Jessica holds a Master in Urban Planning from the Harvard Graduate School of Design, a Master in Education from Lehman College, and a Bachelors in Economics from George Washington University. She also earned an ESG certification from Earth Academy and is a Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) Level II candidate. An avid traveler, Jessica has travelled to over 20 countries and loves to collect recipes from around the world.
