Teddy Kỳ-Nam Miller

Senior Associate

Teddy Kỳ-Nam Miller is a Senior Associate at the Center for Infrastructure Equity at PolicyLink, where he plays a leadership role in developing and implementing a growing PolicyLink program area focused on promoting equitable development through focused policy, effective planning, and targeted, thoughtful public infrastructure investments (affordable housing, transportation, basic water services, parks, schools, and other infrastructure). He spent years working on Capitol Hill, where he served his hometown district in the office of Congresswoman Barbara Lee, handling foreign affairs, transport and infrastructure, defense, intelligence, and judicial issues. He has a master’s degree in development economics from the London School of Economics, and obtained his law degree from Hastings Law School in San Francisco, where he served as student body president. He graduated with honors from U.C. Berkeley, where he competed on the NCAA national champion rugby and rowing teams, as well as performing with the Cuban National Ballet.
